Growth Training is a registered training organization which delivers quality on-the-job training (traineeships) and short courses for job seekers under the federal government’s Productivity Places Program (PPP). To ensure commitment to these programs it also provides recruitment, employment and training management support services to small to medium sized companies.

It delivers training services across Australia, with an emphasis on Victoria, and operates in high employee turnover industries. Training programs include:
